It was agreed to request the installation of a bus shelter in Caws Avenue, largely because of the unreliability and delays experienced by passengers using bus service 8. Amongst other matters discussed were the forthcoming transfer of Sandlands allotments to the Parish Council and the possibility of the use of volunteer labour to remove litter and tidy up the Parish. Planning applications dealt with included that for the listed building Alton House in High Street, Seaview. Members felt that the proposals would go someway to restoring the property to its original state.
