You will be aware of the problems created by the Isle of Wight Council’s decision to change from a ‘back door’ to a kerbside collection system: -

Obstructions on the pavements.

Black bags containing household refuse left out for prolonged

periods creating a health and safety hazard.

 

In an effort to alleviate the situation, the Parish Council wish to make the following suggestions: -
